Treadway Equipped Ltd strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) and if installation is required, we will have to coordinate install dates. Please note, for rural addresses, the order may take longer to arrive. Treadway Equipped Ltd cannot be held accountable for delivery times once the items have been dispatched.

Our preferred transport partners are Fastway couriers and PBT Transport. Other services are available but may incur additional charges.

All Treadway Equipped Products exclude installation costs and training, unless otherwise stated.

International

International orders are welcomed and accepted. Seeing as this is not a current shipping option on the website, delivery will be quoted at time of enquiry. Please email enquiries@treadwayequipped.co.nz if you have any queries regarding this.

Returns Policy

If you have something to return, we require you to contact us for a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. Our team will email you a form to attach to the returned goods.

Goods not required must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered/collected.

There will be a restocking fee of 10% for unrequired products, on the price of the goods and any freight or delivery charges on goods are non-refundable.

Specially procured items can only be refunded if our supplier will take them back and will also incur a restocking fee to cover the freight to the supplier.

You can cancel your Order by giving us a call on 0800 436 436 as soon as possible, and please make sure you have all your order details on hand. If the order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled and return charges may incur.
