The two measurement pods are equipped with a total of four OLED displays and an active reference system. This allows for easier adjustments with a straight steering wheel, guaranteed.

The active reference system from left to right pod compensates movements and vibrations in realtime. This means that the position in relation to the vehicle can be compensated in 3D at any time during the measurement.

VAS 701 011 forms its own measurement network that merges with the workshop network. This enables workshops to increase their efficiency:
• Access to customer reports as PDF from any PC in the network
• Connection to Workshop-Net (ASA) included as standard
• Edit customer data conveniently from the office – instead of in the workshop
• Print reports via network printer
• Control the wheel alignment program with any device in the same network

Every target carries a QR code with the calibration parameters attached to its reverse side. Scanning the code automatically transfers the exact measurement coordinates during the initial setup.

We use Mainstream as our freight carrier. From dispatch you can typically expect your Wheel aligner within the following timeframes:
Auckland: 1-2 days
Rest of North Island: 2-3 Days
South Island:4-5 days

Our Carriers deliver the equipment on a standard curtain-sider truck. If you don’t have a forklift or don’t have access to one, please speak with our team as we will have to assess if delivery via tail-lift and a pallet truck is possible.
