After a couple of years, Tony says he saw the growing need for equipment better suited to low profile tyres.

He says his service centre is not “one of those companies that gets through 100 tyres a day.” but he wanted to upgrade to equipment that would be suited to that same kind of throughput.

After doing due diligence, he settled on a Steiner ST260 from Treadway Equipped.

There was a bit of 'getting to grips with it' when the pallet arrived but his staff are very happy with the product. The helper arm also means no need to use the tyre business down the road. “It gives us the capability to do everything that comes into our shop.”
