Italian auto workshop equipment manufacturer Fasep has announced the release of its latest WinLOGIC database update for its wheel aligners. 

Officially known as WinLOGIC version 5.1.10 2026 Rev.0 database, the update adds 2,597 new car models to its list of supported vehicles. This brings Fasep’s total database to 94,810 car models and 62,064 truck/commercial models across 659 different manufacturers. 

Among the new car models added to the database are BYD’s full range of vehicles including the Atto 3, the Dolphin, the Han, the Seal, the Sealion 6 & 7, and the Tang. The update also expands coverage for prominent electric vehicles from Volkswagen (ID series), Mercedes (EQ range), Hyundai/Kia (Ioniq 5 & 6, EV6, EV9), Tesla Cybertruck, and Nissan Ariya.  

Fasep’s 2026 Rev.0 database also introduces updated coverage for vehicles from other Chinese car manufacturers such as Tank, Omoda, Maxus, and DFSK.

Important Calibration Notice: It is highly advised for customers to run a system calibration immediately after the database update. This ensures that your hardware and the new vehicle specifications remain perfectly synchronised and your measurements stay 100% accurate. 

The Upgrade Path 

The upgrade path depends on the version of the database your system is currently running: 

• 2023 Database or Newer: You can update directly to the 2026 version. 

• 2022 Database or Older: You will need to update to the 2025 version first before proceeding to the 2026 version. Please note that you will be charged for each of the two sequential updates. 

• WinLOGIC Versions 1 to 4: Customers running these older software generations will need to upgrade their core software to version 5 before the WinLOGIC 5.1.10 2026 Rev.0 database can be applied.
