Challenger Lifts Born in the USA, now being raised in New Zealand
Treadway Equipped has been distributing workshop equipment into the New Zealand automotive industry for over 10 years and believes that the Challenger Lift range is the best fit for the local market.
“After ten months of global product research and sending our team of equipment experts to Europe and Asia for technical, commercial and build quality assessment, it was clear that Challenger Lifts is a leading supplier of lifts.” Jordon Bill, General Manager at Treadway Equipped said.
“Challengers drive for innovation and quality was a key factor in the decision, as it suited our promise to ‘help you do your job the best way you can.’ Challenger Lifts has developed several technological advances over the other global suppliers we assessed, making its automotive lifts more efficient, price competitive and innovative.
Available at Treadway Equipped is the 4.53 tonne capacity Challenger SA10 2-Post Lift which can be configured in either the asymmetric or symmetric position. It features 3-stage front arms that provide maximum extension and retraction ensuring safe and reliable lifting on all vehicles within rated capacity. It also has padded overhead shut off system, preventing vehicle damage and adjustable height and width options as standard.
Double telescoping screw pads, durable powder coat finish, plated arm restraints and pins.
In addition, the high quality 6.35 tonne capacity 4P14 Surface Mounted 4-Post Lift is loaded with features including louvered approach ramps, automotive wheel stops, solid piece column construction, and the highest rise in the industry. Also, there are optional wheelbase sizes available, 4.6m or 5.3m to accommodate for longer vehicles.
Heavy-duty Mobile Column Hoists are also available which can be operated on almost any solid surface and can accommodate multiple bays with one lift system.
These mobile solutions cater for any rubber tyred vehicle from small passenger cars to the largest two, three or four axle vehicles and are capable of lifting vehicles of any axle length or wheelbase.
For those workshops looking to maximise service space, Challenger’s heavy-duty Inground Hoists would be ideal, while the portable Short Rise and Mid Rise lifts are perfect for brake and tyre servicing needs.
Treadway Equipped provides a full hoist solution with installation and servicing available from its established national network.
